Request your personal data
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to do something about it. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next.
Last updated 2 September 2026
What you can ask for
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (a subject access request).
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
- Restrict what we do with it while a question is resolved.
- Object to us using it for a particular purpose.
- Provide it in a portable, machine-readable format.
How to ask
Email info@truecare247.co.uk or ring 0161 531 3233, or write to Office 3, 197-201 Manchester Road, Altrincham, WA14 5NU. Put "data request" in the subject line if you are emailing.
You do not need to use a particular form or quote any legislation. Just tell us what you want and we will treat it as a request.
What we will need from you
We will need to be sure you are who you say you are before we release anything, so we may ask for identification. That protects you, not us.
If you are asking on behalf of somebody else, we will need their written authority, or evidence that you hold power of attorney or are otherwise entitled to act for them.
What happens next
We will respond within one month. If a request is complex we may extend that by up to two further months, and if we do we will tell you within the first month and explain why.
There is no charge. We can only refuse a request in limited circumstances, and if we do we will tell you why and how to challenge it.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us, and we will look at it again. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first, though we would rather you did.

Anything here you want to ask about?
Ring the office and ask for whoever is around. We would rather explain it than have you guess.
