Six things that make this job different
Most care recruitment adverts are identical. These are the specific things we do, which you can check with anyone who works here.
Visits are an hour, not fifteen minutes
You will not be sprinting between calls apologising for being late. It is the single biggest difference between doing this job well and hating it.
Travel time is part of the round
We build rounds geographically so you are not crossing the borough between two calls, and we do not pretend a journey takes no time.
You get the same clients
Continuity is better for them and better for you. Knowing someone properly is most of what makes this job worth doing.
Training is paid and it is real
Full induction before you work alone, the Care Certificate, and condition-specific training on the people you actually support.
The office knows your name
We are small. When you ring, you get someone who knows your round and can actually fix the problem.
We say no to work we cannot staff
That protects you. Packages we cannot cover safely are how carers end up doing doubles and covering four areas.
Roles
What we recruit for
We hire across Trafford, Manchester, Stockport, Cheshire East, Warrington. You do not need experience for every role — you do need to be reliable and to actually like people.
Care assistant
Visiting care across a local round — personal care, medication, meals and companionship. Full and part time, plus weekend-only.
Live-in carer
Placements of one to several weeks, with your own room and proper breaks built into the rota.
Support worker
Learning disability and autism support, building independence rather than managing tasks. Days, evenings and sleep-ins.
Complex care assistant
PEG, catheter, stoma and epilepsy support, with clinician-led training on the individual and full sign-off.
Night carer
Sleeping and waking nights. Regular shifts, not ad hoc, so you can plan a life around them.
Care coordinator
Office-based, building rotas, matching carers and answering the phone. Care experience matters more than admin experience.

We have not published pay rates or the mileage rate here, because we would rather quote you an accurate figure for the specific role and round than a range that turns out not to apply to you.

What you will need
- The right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS check — we will arrange and pay for it
- Two references we can actually contact
- A driving licence and use of a car for most visiting rounds
- Patience, and the ability to turn up when you said you would
No experience? Say so. We train, and some of our best carers came from retail, hospitality and school support.
